Educational Background and Licensure

Professional Background

Prior to entering Private practice, I worked primarily in non-profits in both Dallas and Austin that focused on homeless services.  There I worked as a Case Manager, Program Manager, and Shelter Director and still have a passion for serving this community. 

I have experience working with both adolescents and adults in in-patient and outpatient Dual Diagnosis facilities.

 Additionally, I have worked as a Clinical Training Specialist where I trained other therapists across the country in topics such as Trauma-Informed Care, Supervision, basic therapy and documentation skills and more.

Outside of work

I enjoy creating art and learning photography, hanging out with my pets, seeing live music, and trying all of the yummy food Austin has to offer.
